Wee Stamps - Iris

Hello Everyone

How are you all?? Can you believe its almost the end of January already - that month has flown past! The nights are starting to get a little bit lighter, roll on Spring and Summer!

I had the day off last Monday as my nice new cooker was being fitted, so had the perfect opportunity to do some colouring - the first time since before Christmas! Managed to get four images done in total and this one is the first. The cute little fairy is called Iris from Wee Stamps, which just happens to be the name of my work colleague who's birthday it is next month - perfect!! Here she is:-

What do you think - cute isn't she! I gave her lovely sparkling wings by using Glossy Accents, letting it dry and then adding some Stickles.

I hope Iris likes her when I give this to her in a couple of weeks time, and how fab it was to get back into Crafty Corner. Watch this space for some more cards very soon!

Have a good weekend everyone

Merry Christmas - a bit late I know!

Well Happy New Year everyone!

I know I've not been here for over a month - where did that time go! Not really been in Crafty mode since the Christmas holidays, but I have the day off from work tomorrow so I'm going to try and get in the mood with some new colouring - got a few birthdays coming up so I better get a wriggle on!

Anyway I know Christmas seems like a year ago already but I forgot to blog this card that I made for my crafty partner in crime Karen. Not the original one I had coloured for her, but I changed my mind at the last minute after I bought the new First Edition Nordic Christmas paperpad!

Here is the card:-

You can't beat using a lovely Teddy Bea image!  Hope you like her!

Right I'm off to start planning my colouring session for tomorrow - Hope to see you all again very soon!
