If I do say so myself I am really liking this card - less is more and all that! What do you think. The image is from one of the LOTV art pads:-

Cute isn't it!

I hope Deb & Scott like it too!

1st Anniversary Card

Hello Everyone!

How have you all been - been a bit quiet here on the crafty front! For some reason everything seems to be taking ages to come together.

Here is a card I have managed to make - can you believe its a whole year since my brother got married! (plus I'm also 2 stone lighter than I was then!!).

I used one of the pre-printed designs from LOTV and coloured it with Pro & Flex markers. Greeting is from LOTV too. Love these new papers from Santoro - found them in The Range.

I hope Paul & Annie like it!

Well we are off on our Easter Holiday today - fingers crossed for the weather!

Look forward to reading your comments on this card

One stamp ......two cards

Hi Everyone

Hope you are all well. It's the last day of our holiday in Somerset today and we have had a fab time. Good job we also have next week off to recover! And we have an extra treat of going to see the new West End show - Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, I can't wait!

Anyway on to a bit more crafting and it is two of my friend's wedding anniversaries today, so I decided to use the same Forever Friends stamp but with two different backgrounds. Here they are:-

It is also Debbie's birthday today (see my other post for today!!).

I hope you like them both - Let me know what you think.

Commissioned 30th Wedding Anniversary (Pearl) card

Hello Everyone!

How the devil are you? I'm so sorry I've not been here for a while but I've not had a chance to pop into Crafty Corner lately - mainly due to having to exercise (weight loss is still going OK!), holibobs over Bank Holiday and the 'mo-jo' seemed to have a disappeared for a while.

However, a friend of mine asked me to make a 30th Wedding Anniversary card for her Mum from her Dad - pearl is theme for this anniversary. The only thing I had to include was the name so I opted for using Teddy Bo & Bea as I've not made one of these for a while and here it is:-

Thought I would use pink and blue as a theme as these are the main colours in the 'pearl'escent card.

What do you think? - Mojo still intact? I must admit I have quite enjoyed making this over the last few days. Hopefully my friend's Mum & Dad will both like it as well. I even managed to finish of one of three Father's Day cards I need to make - watch this space for that one.

Have a good weekend everyone - fingers crossed the weather forecast is right and we can have a couple of BBQ's!

See you soon (hopefully!)

Lisa xx
