Its that time again - after Fortnightly challenge at Forever Friends. This time we are sponsored by Di's Digi Downloads and the theme is 3D/Decoupage. I have chosen this image from Di's and it is coloured with Spectrum Noir and Promarker pens. The dies are from x-cut (circle and scalloped circle and large decorative frame). Ribbons, bows and flowers from stash. Sentiment stamp is from the Woodland Folk free stamps from an edition of the Docrafts magazine.
