Today sees the new release of two new cute kids digistamps from Platypus Creek Digitals with a Thanksgiving Theme. Here is my DT card and I am sad to say that this is my last project for Platypus Creek as unfortunately, I have had to step down. I have enjoyed my time on the Design Team for Platypus Creek and will keep in touch with the rest of the team in 'Blogland'.

Hello!

Hope you have all had a lovely weekend. Well we all know what time of year is fast approaching - yes the Festive Season will be here before you know it! Even some of the Supermarkets and Shopping Centres all ready have some Christmas decorations up.

Today there is new digistamp release over at Platypus Creek Digitals and it is a Gingerbread set. The set includes a Gingerbread Man, Baking Tray, Rolling Pin and a Sentiment. Here is my DT card using the digitsamps.

Well the Bank Holiday weekend flew past (as usual) and that is the last one before Christmas! Still at least I have an extra day's holiday today.

Platypus Creek New Digistamp Release Halloween Kids

Hi Everyone!

have you noticed how this year is skipping by already? Before you know it it will be getting dark earlier and the shops will be full of Christmas Goodies! Well before we get to Christmas, there is another date that comes first and that is Halloween!

Today and tomorrow over at Platypus Creek sees the release of 4 Halloween Kids images. Today it is Pumpkin Ella and Zombie Oliver. Here is my DT card with Pumpking Ella.

Hello Me Again!

Only 3 weeks until the kids go back to school over here - I always hated the 1st day back in September as it 9 times out 10 it fell on my birthday! Platypus Creek New Masculine Files

What a lovely sunny day! Just a shame that I am stuck at work at the moment. The forecast at the moment is for it staying nice over the weekend so maybe we will be able to use the BBQ again!! Fingers crossed the weather forecasters are right this time.

Over at Platypus Creek Digitals there is a release of some new masculine files, including some cutting files and Digistamps. I have made a Father's Day Themed card using three of the shirts digistamps. Don't forget that these files can also be used for birthdays and anniversaries as well as for Father's Day. (It's Father's Day in Australia in a few weeks time).

Now back from our summer holiday in Devon and I can't believe the weather was so good! We packed in so much we are all now dog tired - especially Woodi & Saren! Good job we have another week off at home to recover before going back to work!

Platypus Creek New Digistamp Launch - Summer Cute Kids

Hi Everyone

I know the weather is still a bit pants here in the UK, but here's something to bring out your Summertime cheer!

Today sees the launch of two new digistamps at Platypus Creek - and it's the cute kids, Summer Ella and Summer Oliver. I've chosen to use Ella and I've coloured her with Spectrum Noir pens. I've used pink card from my stash and the surfboard and pink and yellow dotty papers are from the Beach Babe paperstack that was a freebie with the July edition of Card Making and Papercraft Magazine. I've also added a few gems from my stash.

Challenge 10 at Platypus Creek - Buttons and Bows

Oops a day late in posting this challenge, for some reason the laptop was playing up a bit yesterday - never mind!

The theme of the challenge this time is Buttons and Bows and the design must include at least one bow and 3 buttons. For my card I've used the Birdcage digistamp from Platypus Creek and I've just added some grey highlights with Spectrum Noir. The dies are from Sizzix. The papers I've used are from a Christmas paperpack from My Minds Eye that came free with one of the craft magazines a while ago. The buttons and bows are from my stash.

Alice in Wonderland Digistamp release day two

Well another hot day - and a late match at Wimbledon (watching on the tv not actually there!). Great match but a shame Nadal lost.

Back to today's business.....2nd day of the Alice in Wonderland digistamp release at Platypus Creek and today its the Queen of Hearts and Five. Here is my card using the Five digistamp. I've coloured him using Spectrum Noir pens. The papers are from DCWV and Bazzill (embossed with dots). The dies are from X-cut. I've added red stickles to the herats on the staff and the tunic, added '5' foiletti red hearts and a red and red and white heart print ribbon.

New Digistamp launch at Platypus Creek - Alice in Wonderland

Hi Everyone!

To warm and humid to craft today so sticking to blogging and reading the 3rd book in the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy! Steamy stuff lol.

Anyway back to business......Today and tomorrow sees the launch of a new set of digistamps at Platypus Creek. Today its the turn of Alice and the Mad Hatter. Here is my DT card using the Mad Hatter card. I've coloured him using Spectrum Noir pens. The backing papers are from Bazzill and Papermania (thanks Karen - and that reminds me I must give the rest of the pad back to you!). The dies are from Spellbinders, ribbon is from our local cake decorating shop and the gems are from Dovecraft.

Platypus Creek Challenge #9 - Black & White and one other colour

Hi Everyone - start of another working week (boo!) but start of a new challenge at Platypus Creek (yeah!).

The theme this time is Black & White and one other colour - here is my card. I've used the Zebra digistamp from Platypus Creek and I've added a few light grey highlights (Spectrum Noir pens). The zebra paper I bought from Ebay and the green card is from Bazzill. The ribbon is from Dovevcraft and I've also added a few clear gems.

Hi Me again with details of another new digistamp release at Platypus Creek and this time it is a butterfly. Here is my design team card - to make a change I printed the butterfly digistamp in grey rather than black and its been coloured using pencils. I've also deecoupaged this with another layer. Aplogises for posting this a few days late, but we were just far to busy enjoying the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations - well watched a bit on the telly, but we were out and about everyday. Anyway, over at Platypus Creek there is a new digistamp release and it is one for boys - Gridiron Oliver. Here is my DT card using him and he's been coloured using Spectrum Noir pens - thought I'd give him an American theme. Platypus Creek Challenge - One for the Boys

Hi Everyone! Are we all enjoying the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations?? Just watching the Jubilee concert - quite good so far! Platypus Creek - Tri-Colour Challenge

Hello Everyone! Start of another week, the time is just flying past at the moment! Time for a new challenge at Platypus Creek and this time we have a Tri-colour challenge. I amended my colours slightly so that it fitted in with the papers I had (well thanks Karen!!). I've used the Princess Ella digistamp and she has been coloured with Spectrum Noir pens. The dies I've used are from Spellbinders. Papers are from stash and also from the Papermania Aqua paper capsule. I've added some beads and flowers and the ribbon is from Paperchase.
